I truly believe that little blonde pixie-minx of a thing is actually trying to kill me. She doesn’t know me, she’s never met me but she is trying to cause me bodily harm through her dvds. I’ve finally mastered routine number four of her dance cardio dvd but I’m exhausted…all of the time. I can’t bring myself to try any of the other routines and my workout isn’t even half an hour because I’m exhausted. How in the heck does she jump around through the routines smiling away and without so much as breaking a sweat? Am I really that unfit? Any suggestions?
The mat workout is slightly easier – the arms aren’t too difficult, the leg portion kills me but the abs portion is ok although I only get half way through the section.
